Soils of the Bousson Environmental Research Reserve (BERR), 
Allegheny College, Meadville, PA

The Soils of BERR were digitized from the Soil Survey of Crawford County, Pennsylvania (1979) by United States Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service In cooperation with The Pennsylvania State University College of Agriculture and The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources State Conservation Commission.

The soil layer was placed over the 7.5 min USGS Cochranton Quadrangle, downloaded from PASDA (http://www.pasda.psu.edu/).

The BERR property boundary was digitized from a Property Survey Map for Allegheny College created on March 8, 1983.

The soil types map is projected in UTM17 nad83.
