The Greenroof System Provider is of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Vegetative Roof Covering of the new Theater and Communication Arts building on the Allegheny College campus is intended to:

• Support perennial vegetated ground and lawn cover
  
  
• Provide efficient drainage of excess moisture
  
  
• Protect water proofing materials from damage due to ultraviolet radiation exposure, physical wear and tear, and rapid temperature fluctuations
  
  
• Continue to function as such through the duration of the three year warranty period without a need to amend or refresh the growing media.
