I am a senior at Allegheny College, in Meadville Pennsylvania and will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in May 2007. My major is Environmental Studies with a concentration in Community Development and Land Use with a minor in Art in the Environment. Throughout my time at Allegheny I have had excellent opportunities to discover my passion for planning and community development. I have interned for both the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Meadville and the Economic Progress Alliance of Crawford County. Not only that, through the classroom I have had the opportunity to work hand in hand with the public on various aspects of public art and design, and sustainability. These experiences have been priceless and have each helped to mold the The Greenspace Project into what it is today.

I hope to go on toward graduate school at Cleveland State University's Levin College of Urban Affairs, in the fall of 2007. My goal and dream is to help actively engage citizens in the planning of their neighborhoods, their country, and their world through planning and community development. As I always say - this is your space, so why not make yourself comfortable?
